When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted and a contract is made between us, subject to confirmation of payment and in accordance with our terms and conditions.. We will not take payment from you until your order is accepted. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
All our products prices include FREE delivery within the UK and throughout the EU. Goods are usually dispatched next working day, provided they are in stock. Goods going to UK addresses normally arrive 1/ 3 days after dispatch. European addresses outwith UK can take up to 10 days. Depending on the size and order value this will be either by Courier or first class postal service. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. If you do not receive your goods within one week after placing your order please contact us on the number above.
There will be a delivery charge of £10.00 on orders to European countries outside the EU. For orders to addresses outside of Europe there will be a standard charge of £25.00.
To place an order visit the shop (link found in left hand menu), select sub category then below each item you will find a link giving you the option to 'add to cart'. By selecting this you will automatically add the relevant product into your cart. At this stage you are left with two option 'continue shopping' or 'checkout'. If you wish to pay for your transaction follow the onscreen instructions through the website and make payment on secure payment pages which are hosted by Sagepay. You will be given the opportunity to review or edit your options prior to payment.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense and in original packaging to protect against damage. We will refund the value of products and the outbound delivery cost. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with the goods, please contact us immediately and we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
